turned 23....

hi...the day has finally come....i turned 23 today....hurray..though it's a day filled with joy...there is an unexpressable sadness of celebrating it without my dearest family.....anyways i hope to be with them on my next birthday....cheers...

back to blogging after a long time as i've got some free time from past few days....hmm...where do i start for this...recently these thoughts which are "philosophical" in nature started to arise in my mind.....leading to many unanswered questions and no mental peace...and during this time..i have come across a book titled "the monk who sold his ferrari"..hmm..the name kind of kindled further these thoughts....and about the book....the book basically shows some insights into a person's life....and in general about the world and its present nature..with people lacking inner contentment and happiness...struggling with their lives...arguing about petty differences...and with no time to improve themselves,with no mind,body and soul peace...
the book is very well written by "Robin S.Sharma"....depicting the modern choatic world of a person and how he changes subsequenlty, to lead an austere life...by going to India and meeting with the monks.....well depicted by the author and enlightened me with few thoughts.....cheers...
